Job Description

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian and Slovenianspeaking Customer Support Representative to support customers.

Position: Technical Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote Romania
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses

Duties:
  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding electronic equipment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical support
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
  • Reassign issues to other departments or senior representatives when necessary
  • Keep records of customer interactions and complaints as per internal procedures
  • Stay uptodate with procedures guides and product manuals

Requirements:
  • Based in or willing to move to Romania
  • Fluent in Croatian and Slovenian (oral and written); additional languages like Macedonian are a plus
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong working capacity with office tools
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and as a team player
  • Experience in customeroriented roles is an advantage
  • Academic degree is an advantage
