Job Description Job Description: • Completely understand and enforce club’s rules and regulations • Update and develop SOP’s for all work areas and ensure all employees are fully trained to perform their duties as per the standards • Understand and be familiar with all the facilities, memberships and services provided • Implement a daily / weekly / monthly cleaning and maintenance check list for all relevant employees and ensure it is acted upon • Ensure the club is clean and tidy and the set up of the club is proper at all times • Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the daily operation • Ensure that guest adhere to all club’s rules and regulations • Responsible for preparing the weekly duty roster
