Responsibilities:
- Create access permissions on folders and printers using Windows NTFS permissions.
- Provide helpdesk support.
- Manage users through Active Directory, build security using Group Policy Management, and administer Windows Servers.
- Handling technical issues for the client IT and operations departments.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science, related field.
- Maximum 2 years of experience in a related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken in English.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL
- CCNA & MCSA is Plus.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
