As a Project Manager you will:

• Ensure that endtoend process architecture and process management regarding insurance & pensions are firmly anchored in policy and operationally.
  
• Realize a userfriendly and efficient employee journey for procurement investigating and elaborating on data reuse and further automation possibilities. Additionally establish an efficient data information flow and adequate data recording.
  
• Work on optimizing the maintenance process for commercial insurances and the associated dash boarding including realization and implementation.
  
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Insurance & Pensions segment Compliance Legal and Risk.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong IT affinity and knowledge of Agile IT software development.
  
• Knowledge and experience in LEAN project management.
  
• Knowledge of methods/techniques for project planning and control and quality assurance.
  
• Knowledge of process management.
  
• Knowledge of management reporting.
  
• HBO/WO work and thinking level preferably in the direction of business administration or business economics.
  
• Affinity with insurance products and relevant markets.
