About the RoleRole Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide expert business consulting advice to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize strong selling skills to close deals and drive revenue.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing profit and loss statements to make informed business decisions.
  • Lead and oversee project management office activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Apply problemsolving skills to address complex business challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving business objectives.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have prior experience working in a General Manager role to effectively oversee and lead the organizations operations and strategic direction.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience to demonstrate a solid understanding of the industry and its demands.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and teams from diverse backgrounds.
  • The General Manager should have experience in marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Business consulting skills are essential for analyzing and improving business operations and strategies.
  • Strong selling skills are required to drive revenue and increase sales.
  • Experience in managing profit and loss statements to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee and coordinate projects effectively.

Job Type: Fulltime
