Field Sales Representative

Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and generating new business opportunities through direct sales activities. This role is essential for expanding the companys market presence and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Identifying and targeting new business prospects in the designated territory
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the companys products and services
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and market trends
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals
  • Managing and updating sales database and customer profiles
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys offerings
  • Providing timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitors activities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in direct sales preferably in a similar industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach to sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges
