ZOHO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ZOHO Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing ZOHO applications and solutions. You will be responsible for customizing and optimizing ZOHO applications to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement ZOHO Solutions: Customize and develop ZOHO CRM Creator Books Desk and other ZOHO applications based on business requirements.
  
• Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows blueprints and automation rules in ZOHO applications.
  
• Integration: Integrate ZOHO applications with other thirdparty applications and services using APIs and web services.
  
• Custom Applications: Develop custom applications using ZOHO Creator and other ZOHO development tools.
  
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for data migration synchronization and integration.
  
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ZOHO applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  
• Training and Documentation: Create user manuals technical documentation and conduct training sessions for endusers and team members.
  
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest updates features and best practices in ZOHO ecosystem and incorporate them into the solutions.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 35 years of handson experience with ZOHO applications especially ZOHO CRM Creator Books and Desk.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting and ZOHO Creator.
    
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
    
  • Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript and other web technologies.
    
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
    
  • Familiarity with other programming languages like PHP Python or Java is a plus.
    
• ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Certifications: ZOHO certifications (e.g. ZOHO Certified Developer) are a plus.
