Job Description: Site HR for Mumbai Project

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations onsite including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and offboarding processes.
• Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process for site staff including sourcing interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and handle statutory requirements.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances mediate conflicts and foster a positive working environment.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and support site managers in conducting performance appraisals.
• HR Policies Implementation: Ensure the implementation of company HR policies and procedures on the construction site.
• Health and Safety: Collaborate with the safety team to ensure workplace safety and health standards are met.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the head office in Bangalore.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Master s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferably in the construction or related industry. Experience in managing HR for largescale projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices labor laws and compliance requirements in India.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Attributes: Strong problemsolving abilities attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
