Office Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Office Assistant for a Hospitality business for house keeping services. An office Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office environment. Needs to handle a diverse range of tasks including administrative duties and providing support to other staff members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate appointments receive calls from customers and to understand queries.
• Taking follow up from Supervisors and staff members.
• Keeping track of the daily calls from clients and customers.
• Allotting the calls to respective departments as per the clients queries.
• Regularly review and evaluate clients progress adjusting care plans and services as needed to ensure they effectively meet clients evolving needs.
• Drafting agreements and quotations raising bills etc.
• Helping supervisors for recruitment of housekeeping staff.
• Maintaining the services and call records.

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills prefers Female candidates.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in documentation and recordkeeping.

Location: Mapusa Goa

Timing: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
