Your missions

This role is integral to our daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient office management while providing essential support to our local HR team.

As Junior Office Manager/Receptionist you will :

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with various HR tasks including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support administrative functions and special projects as assigned.

    Your ideal profile

    We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and will bring energy versatility and a cando attitude to our office.

    • Fluent in French and English both written and spoken.
    • Previous experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
