Position Overview: As an Office Manager at Coxwell you will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures to create and maintain a pleasant work environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness communication and safety. You will be instrumental in making our office a productive space where our staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Schedule meetings and appointments organize office operations and procedures and maintain the condition of the office including arranging necessary repairs.
Travel and Logistics: Manage travel bookings for office staff ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Procurement and Supplies: Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment manage inventory levels and ensure all necessary office materials are available as needed.
Document Management: Prepare and manage documentation including drafting and sending quotations and proforma invoices to clients creating purchase orders for vendors and preparing documents as per bank requirements.
Financial Coordination: Manage the office general and administrative budget negotiate contracts and prices with vendors service providers and the office lease.
Vendor Relations: Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning catering and security services to ensure all services meet our standards and are carried out efficiently.
Support and Communication: Provide general support to visitors and address employee queries regarding office management issues such as stationery hardware and travel arrangements.


Requirements

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office management role or similar administrative position.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field 1+ years of experience in project sales, account management, or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively Proficiency in CRM and customer support software
