The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills leadership abilities and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Responsibilities:
Assist the executive chef in managing kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Requirements
Requirements:
3 years proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Degree/diploma in culinary arts
Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Food quality and consistency (target: 90% positive feedback).
Staff efficiency (target: maintain or improve kitchen throughput).
Inventory management (target: minimal waste and accurate stock levels).
