We are looking to hire an Office Assistant for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- A Male Candidate with a good Character.
- Should have passed GCE O/L.
- Age between 22 35 years.
- Minimum of one year of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence: Handling emails letters and phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments: Coordinating meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintaining office supplies: Ordering and stocking office supplies ensuring that essential items are always available.
- Data entry: Inputting and updating data in databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
