The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes identifying business needs and proposing solutions to address these needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements conducting market analysis and leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• (3) years of verifiable experience specific to business analysis.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Power BI).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct interviews workshops and surveys to gather information on business processes and user needs.
• Analyze and document business processes workflows and data models.
• Experience with Departmentwide or business program analysis and reporting.
• Meet with the business program areas to identify and document needs.
• Meeting minutes/notes.
• Program area requirements.
• Meeting materials (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio etc.)
• Final requirements design build documentation etc.
