Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the Home Decoration & Materials industry a subsidiary startup under a holding company involved in multiple industries.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote home decoration products and materials.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create engaging content and marketing materials.
• Manage social media platforms creating posts and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytical tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their digital marketing needs and objectives.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts are cuttingedge.
• Generate and present reports on campaign performance and digital marketing ROI to senior management.
• Utilise SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the companys website.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of highquality marketing content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 24 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the home decoration & materials sector.
• Proven market research skills and/or experience.
• Exceptional communication and customerfocused skills.
• Proficiency in time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proven problemsolving abilities and creative thinking skills.
• Critical thinking and adaptability to respond swiftly to changing market dynamics.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Reliability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 10 AM 6 PM (Sunday to Thursday).
• Working Model: Onsite.
• Job Location: 5th Settlement.
