Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the development integrations and ongoing support of the companys Odoo ERP system WordPress/WooCommercebased ecommerce platform mobile app and other technical integrations. This role involves overseeing a wide range of technical projects coordinating with external agencies and freelancers and ensuring that various platforms and systems operate smoothly. The Technical Project Manager will lead projects from initiation to completion focusing on system improvements upgrades and multiplatform integrations that support the companys growth and operational needs. All development work will be managed through GitHub utilizing its features for version control collaboration and doentation to ensure a streamlined workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage technical projects related to the development and enhancement of the Odoo ERP WordPress/WooCommerce platforms mobile app and other businesscritical systems.
• Create and manage project plans timelines budgets and scope ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams external agencies and freelance developers to ensure smooth of technical projects.

System Integration:

• Oversee integrations across various systems including but not limited to Odoo ERP WordPress/WooCommerce platforms mobile app payment gateways thirdparty logistics and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Develop and maintain APIs and other integration ods to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Identify and implement new integrations that streamline business processes and improve efficiency

Platform Development:

• Supervise the design development and deployment of new features or enhancements for all systems including the mobile app working closely with development teams.
• Ensure that platform developments align with business requirements and are delivered to technical standards.

Quality urance:

• Test and validate system functionalities before deployment ensuring ility security and performance.
• Manage testing troubleing and debugging processes for all technical updates and new integrations.

Vendor/Agency Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies and freelance developers ensuring thirdparty services deliver highquality work on time and within scope.
• Utilize GitHub to manage all development activities leveraging its version control and collaborative features to maintain a clear and organized workflow.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Reporting and Doentation:

• Maintain detailed doentation for all technical projects system configurations and integration processes within GitHub.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management on project milestones risks and deliverables.

Ongoing System Support:

• Monitor the ongoing performance of Odoo ERP WordPress/WooCommerce platforms mobile app and other integrated systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues implementing updates and upgrades to improve overall system performance.

CrossDepartment Collaboration:

• Work closely with operations finance marketing and other departments to understand business needs and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical support to nontechnical teams and educate staff on system capabilities and updates.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Carry out any other duties igned by line manager that align with the role and contribute to the companys overall goals and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP system ecommerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce or similar) and mobile app development.
• Experience with system integrations API management and handling multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with payment gateways CRM tools and thirdparty software integration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for system integration and development.
• Excellent project management ss with a demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and odologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize eff.
• Strong problemsolving ytical and troubleing ss.
• Excellent communication and collaboration ss for working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaboration.
• Arabic as the primary language with fluency in English required.
