What will you be doing

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Product Marketing R&D and Q&R to ensure that technical contents of our products are effectively produced and edited. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Search gather and maintain detailed database of uptodate reference materials.

2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and maintain an indepth understanding of the products and documentation requirements.

3. Plan design write and standardize various technical contents (Product / User manuals Datasheets /Installation videos All technical marketing materials etc.) that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for its intended use

4. Create graphics and visual aids using 2D or 3D design software (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign CAD SolidWorks 3D model rending and video editing tools)

5. Develop contents in alternative media forms for maximum usability with consistent voice across all contents.

6. Work with relevant teams to identify documentation repositories and determine best solutions for data management compilation and centralized storage.

Requirements :

Required Qualifications

• A degree in engineering disciplines preferably in electrical mechanical and/or chemical engineering or evidence of exceptional experience in related fields
• 10 years of proven experience as a technical writer in the renewable energy space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean with the ability to convey technical information to a range of audiences.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent MS Office and computer literacy skills
• Ability to work with 2D and 3D design software (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign CAD SolidWorks 3D model rending and video editing tools)

Desired Qualifications (Preferred)

• Prior work in scale stationary energy storage industry (C&I and Utility sector) as a Technical Writer is desirable.
• In depth knowledge of battery system design system integration power integration and utility design process.
• Multitasking capability to manage numerous tasks in parallel.
• Cognizant of cost schedule implications and able to make recommendations which benefit the bottom line.
