1. Recruitment Support:
.
ist in posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.
.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
.
Prepare interview materials and coordinate interview schedules.
2. Attendance Management:
.
Ensure accurate data flow through the HRIS and manage employee digital and physical files.
.
Manage the attendance through MenaItech in all branches and follow up with branch coordinators on attendance
.
Validate leave and vacation balances and report to HR manager with annual leave plans.
2. Communication:
.
Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
.
Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
.
Communicate with managers and team members effectively and work in a team-spirit.
.
Ensure daily follow-ups and direct lines of communications with staff members and management.
3. Employee Onboarding:
.
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ist with the onboarding process with rest of the team.
.
Prepare new hire paperwork, including employment contracts and benefit enrollment forms.
.
Ensure all necessary doentation is completed and filed accurately.
4. HR Administration:
.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
.
Process HR-related paperwork such as employment verifications, status changes, and termination doents.
.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
4. Benefits Administration:
.
ist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
.
Coordinate with benefit vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.
.
Support annual benefits open enrollment activities.
5. Payroll Support:
.
ist in payroll processing by verifying timesheets, updating employee records, and resolving discrepancies.
.
Provide administrative support during payroll cycles, including data entry and report generation.
6. Training and Development:
.
ist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees.
.
Maintain training records and track employee participation in training activities.
.
Support the development of training materials and presentations.
7. HR Projects and Initiatives:
.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates or process improvements.
.
Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives as igned.
.
Collaborate with HR team members to achieve departmental goals.
