Working Hours:
9:00 AM 7:00 PM / 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
Compulsory weekend work
Rest days on weekdays (backtoback off days)
Working Days: 5 days per week
Location: Mainland Singapore

Basic Salary Range: SGD(Open to negotiation)
Incentives: Yes performancebased monthly incentive up to SGD 1400
Annual Leave: 14 days
Public Holidays: Yes (Off in lieu for holidays like Hari Raya Deepavali etc.)

Job Description :
Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation sales/enrolments and leadconversion targets in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth.
Cultivate team members through effective ontheground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual managementassigned targets.
Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions.
Retain existing customers through effective problemsolving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times.
Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigating student turnover.
Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads.
Plan manage and execute teacher growth plans to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for the respective centre.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
General Administration.
Job Requirements:
At least 23 years experience in the customer service field with at least 1 year in a managerlevel position.
Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends.
Strong sense of adaptability and leadership.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage).
Goaldriven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre.
Positive extroverted and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
Additional Information (Internal):
Staff can commute back and forth as needed.
No bond agreement required.
Twosession interview process:
1st: Virtual interview with Associate Director.
2nd: Physical interview with the Person In Charge and CoFounder Managing Director.
Must be willing to travel within Mainland Singapore.
Must handle a team of 20 fulltime employees.
