الوصف الوظيفي

Human Resources Management:

  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Oversee employee contracts payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate training programmes.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programmes.
  • Handle employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative activities.
  • Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and other logistical support.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.


Compensation Management:

  • Administer hybrid salary structures including local and foreign currency payments.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to foreign currency payments.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies to align with company goals.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead recruitment efforts utilising tools like LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
  • Develop job descriptions post job openings and manage the candidate selection process.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to ensure a thorough hiring process.
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent emphasising diversity and inclusion.

Cultural Integration:

  • Promote Swedish workplace culture within the Sri Lankan team focusing on values such as collaboration innovation and worklife balance.
  • Organise cultural exchange programmes and teambuilding activities to enhance integration.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in an international company.
  • Indepth knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience with compensation management including hybrid salary structures and foreign currency payments.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and administrative tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience working with international teams and understanding of crosscultural dynamics.
