Position: Financial Planning Manager

Our client is a USbased consumer product company currently is seeking a Financial Planning Manager with 45 years of experience in consumer product finance. Responsible for driving financial decisionmaking through analysis forecasting and reporting to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and budgeting.

Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Present reports on key financial metrics to senior management.

Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting.

Monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to strategic business planning based on financial insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or related field.

45 years of experience in budgeting and management reporting process.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex data effectively.

Proven track record in process improvements and strategic planning.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
