BusinessFunctional Analyst - 12 months - Brussels

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand current processes systems and industry best practices.
  
• Synthesize findings into clear and actionable insights recommendations and business requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and consensus on business needs and solutions.
  
• Lead the gathering analysis and documentation of business requirements related to improving oral and written communication establishing a centralized incident repository and implementing a workflow management system.
  
• Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to elicit requirements resolve issues and drive decisionmaking.
  
• Mentor and coach junior team members to build their business analysis capabilities and ensure project success.
  

Requirements

• Masters degree and affinity with business management & information technology topics.
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills adjusting message to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
  
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch with fluency in English.
  
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week with flexibility to increase as needed.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) and/or Project Management is a plus.
