Job description
The role of the specialist(s) sought is to provide customer service on various maintenance issues of the developed IT systems. Communication with customers will take place by phone and other digital channels.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service. Quick response to inquiries polite communication and attentiveness to the client;
- Finding and implementing solutions to technical problems;
- Effectively respond to highimpact incidents and ensure the transfer of important information;
- Appropriately assess the impact of received information and report urgent and important issues in a timely manner;
- Analysis of customer needs;
- Testing of installed IT systems;
- Preparation of instructions for users their training and consultations.
Requirements
- Have logical thinking;
- Communicate easily and clearly work in a team and carry out tasks responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Initiative in finding various types of solutions;
- Ability to analyze information and find points of contact;
- Drivers license is an advantage.
