Job Description
Interior works specialists are responsible for completing the final stages of construction focusing on making the building s interior both functional and aesthetically pleasing. They work on a variety of elements including walls ceilings floors and fixtures ensuring the project meets design specifications and quality standards.
Drywall Installation and Finishing
- Installing drywall sheets taping seams and applying compound to create smooth wall surfaces.
- Sanding patching holes and preparing walls for painting or covering.

Painting and Wall Covering
- Preparing surfaces (cleaning priming) before painting.
- Painting walls ceilings and other surfaces or applying wallpaper and other wall coverings.

- Laying flooring materials such as tiles wood laminate vinyl or carpet.

Electrical and Lighting Fixtures
- Assisting in the installation of light fixtures outlets and switches.
- Collaborating with electricians to ensure all lighting and electrical elements are safely installed and operational.

Requirements
Experience
- Prior Construction Experience: Previous experience working in construction with a focus on interior finishes.
- Specialized experience in tasks like drywall installation painting or flooring may be required for specific jobs.
Benefits
Salary: Piecework based on performance. The benchmark isfrom900 to 1100 on the card(we open an
account in LT).
Working hours: MonSat. 1011 hours.
Accommodation: Provided by the company (apartments cottages).
Transportation: A car is provided by the company fortraveling to and from the sites.
Work clothes: Bring 100 for a suit and boots the rest is provided.
