CPQ Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the endtoend implementation of our enterprise CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software within cable communications client. This role is critical in transforming our sales processes enhancing customer experience and improving our ability to rapidly bring products and services to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing largescale CPQ implementations preferably within the cable or telecommunication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of the CPQ implementation project across multiple departments within Charter Communications.
• Work closely with IT sales finance and product teams to ensure the CPQ solution is tailored to meet business needs and integrated with existing systems.
• Manage a crossfunctional project team including external vendors and consultants to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan that communicates tasks milestone dates status and resource allocation.
• Utilize project management tools and best practices to keep track of project performance and manage the teams tasks and workflow.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define the system requirements customizations and configurations necessary for the CPQ system.
• Ensure that the project adheres to the established budget and timeline and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Facilitate change management processes including training and support for endusers upon deployment of the new system.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Required Skills : Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management specifically with CPQ or similar enterpriselevel software implementations. Demonstrated experience in the cable or telecommunication industry is highly preferred. Strong project management skills including experience with PMO methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with teams across the organization. Ability to manage complex projects with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of sales processes and technology integration within large scale operations. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is advantageous.
