Our client is a Family owned distribution of Speciality Fresh Foods to the retail and catering trade in Ireland.
An experienced PA / Office Manager would compliment the Management Team in providing support to the Managing Director and Management team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for the Managing Director.
- Diary Management including scheduling and researching
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team.
- Maintaining and refining internal processes that support the Management Team.
- Prepare collect collate and distribute materials for key meetings and events.
Requirements
- 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Experience with a multitasking position
- Solid written and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
