Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive targetdriven individual with a pion for hospitality particularly in the areas of weddings corporate events and tour groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for weddings corporate events and tour groups.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Marketing Strategy:
- ist in the development and implementation of the companys marketing strategy.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media and print.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content tailored to specific target audiences.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Event Coordination:
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of weddings corporate events and tour group activities.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals to meet their expectations.
- Attend events as needed to ensure client satisfaction and successful event .
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales & Marketing role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales particularly in weddings corporate events and tour groups.
- Ss:
- Strong sales and negotiation ss with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
