Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with fire protection systems design and will have knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and Navisworks software. Hydra CAD experience preferred.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Fire Protection Designer to join the team of our client a reputable construction firm in Madison.
• This is a great direct hire opportunity with a reputable and growing firm with excellent benefits and employee perks.
• This is an in office role and will require candidates to live or relocate to the Madison WI area.
• The successful candidate will be designing fire protection systems for client projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with Revit AutoCAD & Navisworks are required
• Knowledge of fire protection codes
• Perform hydraulic calculations with 3rd party design software (HydraCAD)
• 25 years minimum experience designing/engineering/coordinating fire protection systems required
• Previous fire protection field install experience a bonus

Schedule: This is an inoffice role in with a fulltime day shift schedule

Full benefits package includes 95% of cost for health insurance 401 K paid holidays vacation and profit sharing for nonunion applicants
