Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting:
- Source screen and interview candidates to fill various roles within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage job postings candidate communications and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Support new employees in understanding company policies and procedures.
- Employee Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage HR databases and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics as needed.
- General HR Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated issues and inquiries.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
