David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business that is looking for a Recruitment Managerin Riga who willdevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract hire and retain top talent for various positions within the BPO organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media recruitment agencies and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Oversee the screening process conduct interviews and administer assessments to evaluate the qualifications and fit of potential candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and initial training to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Promote the companys employer brand through various marketing initiatives and outreach programs to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Track recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire and provide regular reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Latvian and excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRM PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role preferably in the BPO industry.
- Extensive knowledge of fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employer branding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities to handle multiple positions and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Competence in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Understanding of the BPO industry and its specific staffing needs and challenges.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools as well as basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
