Who are we? Slipgate Ironworks is a game development studio located in Aalborg, Denmark. We are fans of old school action and strategy games with multiple titles in development, and we are soon beginning development on a new AAA title based on a cult classic. Job Description
As our tech artist you will be responsible for building tools for artists, animators, etc., as well as working closely with game and level designers, and programmers.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Art pipeline development
Art tools creation by using python language and Houdini
World building using Unreal Engine 5 latest features
Requirements
We see you as a person with 4+ year of experience working as a tech artist in indie, AA, AAA companies. You are a person who has good knowledge of Unreal Engine, asset optimization, and has a good eye for out-of-the-box problem-solving!
Role Requirements:
4+ years of experience working as a tech artist in games
Experince with Unreal Engine
Good knowledge of Houdini and Python
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
