Job Title: Singapore Commercial Card Product Manager

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore ASQ

Salary : $8500 $9500 SGD (Monthly)

Hybrid : Yes

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Singapore Commercial Card Product Manager will be a key figure in driving the strategy development and management of commercial card product suite. This role involves understanding market needs defining product requirements and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability of the commercial card product portfolio in Singapore.
  • Product Development: Lead the endtoend product development lifecycle from ideation to launch including defining product features specifications and pricing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs market trends and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales marketing risk compliance and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and proactively manage risks associated with the commercial card product portfolio.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance against targets. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with key commercial clients to understand their needs gather feedback and identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams including sales and relationship managers to drive product adoption and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience streamline processes and optimize product profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and Macro/VBA.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of Business P&L revenue and expense dynamics.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional English: Proficiency in professional business English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience or background in the Cards/Payment industry or business travel industry.
  • Pricing Knowledge: Knowledge or experience with pricing activities in the transaction banking area.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in additional Asian languages.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Industry Experience: Experience or background in the Cards/Payment industry or business travel industry.
  • Pricing Knowledge: Knowledge or experience with pricing activities in the transaction banking area.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in additional Asian languages.

Skills:

  • Project Management: Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel with pivot tables and Macro/VBA.
  • Business Understanding: Understanding of Business P&L revenue and expense dynamics.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional business English and additional Asian languages are a plus.
