Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager: Product/Business Developer with a strong background in sales and product development. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Southern and East Africa and will manage agents and their requests taking a proactive approach to developmentdriven tasks beyond typical sales consulting.

- Drive sales and product development initiatives for travel products.
- Manage relationships with agents handling their requests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and enhance travel products ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the Southern and East African markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to agents and clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and product development progress.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Indepth knowledge of Southern and East Africa.
- Strong sales and product development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive for results.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in the Safari industry.
- Proven experience working with agents and managing their requests.
- Experience in DMC Travel is preferred.
