Memory Design Engineer NRIs Return to INDIA

Responsibilities of your team will include but are not limited to:

1. Extensive knowledge of Custom Circuit Design Analog Design Verification and Layout

2. Familiarity with various memory design architectures

3. Knowledge about complete product design and development flow including:

a. Memory Design

b. Power network development & analysis

c. Reliability analysis and improvements

d. State machine modelling design and verification

e. Verification methodologies and frameworks including behavioral modeling Timing analysis equivalence check

f. Good understanding of Layout fundamentals

4. Understand priority and optimize circuits for speed capacitance power and area.

5. Familiarity with a scripting language (Python Tcl Perl etc)

6. Good exposure to various CAD tools

Successful candidates for this position should have:

1. Contributing to the development of new DRAM emerging memory products and IPs by enabling the overall design layout and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.

2. Supporting design validation & verification reticle experiments and required tapeout revisions

3. Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design and verification peers in verbal and written form

5. A mindset and passion for continuous learning innovation success & teamwork

6. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field

2. 7 to 20 years experience in related industry technical experience.
