Job Title: PeopleSoft System Architect

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for PeopleSoft applications.
• Design and deploy scalable and dependable solutions within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
• Evaluate system capabilities and propose architectural designs to fulfill business requirements.
• Create technical specifications diagrams and documentation for PeopleSoft architecture.
• Offer expertise and guidance on PeopleSoft architecture including performance tuning and optimization.
• Ensure development teams adhere to architectural standards and industry best practices.
• Perform performance analysis and optimization tasks to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in PeopleSoft architecture.
• Provide assistance and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation of PeopleSoft solutions.
• Take part in architecture review boards and suggest enhancements for system improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft application architecture covering PeopleTools Application Designer and PeopleCode.
• Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft components such as Application Server Process Scheduler and Web Server.
• Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades migrations and performance tuning.
• Strong command of SQL PL/SQL and various database technologies (e.g. Oracle SQL Server).
• Knowledge of integration technologies and methodologies including Integration Broker and Web Services.
• Exceptional analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies are advantageous (optional but preferred).
