Manager Sr Manager MEP

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering Construction Management or related field. Masters degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in project management roles within the EPC industry with a minimum of 1020 years of relevant experience.

Strong technical expertise in MEP systems design installation and commissioning with a thorough understanding of industry codes standards and regulations.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams build consensus and resolve conflicts effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Demonstrated ability to drive results meet deadlines and deliver highquality projects within budgetary constraints.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits client meetings and projectrelated activities.
