Note: The candidate should be proficient in English and Bengali

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Simultaneously lead multiple projects of varying sizes from small to large encomping the full spectrum of planning and implementation within data annotation projects.

Define project scope goals and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Develop and doent project standard operating procedures and doentation in different media.

Experience in responding to RFQs building SLAs SOPs and all project management doentation.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide project team members.

Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team.

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impede project progress.

Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team and stakeholders.

Client Management:

Elish and maintain relationships with clients.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering highquality project results.

Act as the point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables.

Prepare and present reports on project progress issues and solutions to clients.

Demonstrate excellent communication ss when interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

Quality urance:

Create a quality control policy to ensure the accuracy and consistency of annotated data.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of annotated data to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Develop and enforce data annotation standards and best practices.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of project management experience in data annotation.

Proven experience in managing largescale projects with crossfunctional teams.

Deep understanding of data annotation processes tools and technologies especially in the computer vision and NLP domains.

Ss:

Excellent leadership and team management ss.

Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal ss.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. ClickUp MS Project Asana Jira etc.).

Proficiency in slides and Google Sheets.

Solid understanding of Computer Vision projects.

Proficiency in Computer Vision Annotation Tools (e.g. CVAT Supervise Encore Super annotate Labelbox V7 etc).

Excellent command of English both in written and oral communication.

Excellent timemanagement organization multitasking and financial ss.

Ability to problem solve and think strategically in a deadlinedriven environment.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
