We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager Service to join our communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationship management strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The CRM Manager will work closely with the service team to develop and implement effective customer retention programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles excellent communication ss and the ability to yze data to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or related field.
- Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in the communications industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data ysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices.
Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. ist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as igned by the supervisor.
