Area Manager

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of store operations including management supervision guidance and performance improvement of employees.
2. Manage to supervise store managers of several branches
3. Motivate staff to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
4. Proactively gather market information and provide comprehensive reports to the company.
5. Handle customer complaints and address store managementrelated issues.
6. Ensure adherence to company directives and execute additional tasks delegated by leadership.
7. Manage stock efficiently by conducting stock takes placing orders organizing storage and monitoring inventory levels.
8. Perform data analysis to clean transform and process raw data extracting actionable insights to support informed decisionmaking. This includes presenting findings through charts images tables and graphs to mitigate decisionmaking risks.

Requirements

1. Fluent in Chinese English Indonesia. Able to communicate in Chinese will be added advantage.
2. Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
3. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially having working experience in Retail would be an advantages
4. Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word Excel).
