We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Activation Manager to join our team in the Beauty/FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing prowess business acumen and a passion for driving growth in a fastpaced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and target key customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and positioning.
  • Manage category development initiatives to maximize product performance and profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with retail partners to optimize channel development.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with overall brand strategy and objectives.
  • Adapt strategies to rapidly changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective communication materials for trade channels

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field. An MBA is highly regarded.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven 3 years experience in Trade Marketing Category Development Customer Marketing or Channel Development specifically in the Beauty/FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fastpaced environments.
