Job Description Head Admissions & Marketing
The Head of Admissions & Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive admissions enhance the visibility of the group of schools and strengthen the brand presence. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve enrollment targets and promote the schools mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a admissions strategy aligned with the goals of the school group by setting up enrollment targets analyze admission trends and create plans to achieve desired results.
Oversee the admissions process and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance the brand visibility of the school group.
Create and maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing channels by implement effective advertising public relations and promotional campaigns.
Oversee the development of the school groups online presence including the website and social media platforms implement online advertising SEO and other digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with individual schools within the group to understand their unique strengths and offerings.
Customize marketing and admissions strategies to align with each schools characteristics.
Provide support and guidance to regionallevel admissions and marketing teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and opportunities.
Analyze demographic data and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
Stay informed about changes in education policies and regulations that may impact admissions.
Plan and implement events related to admissions and marketing for each school focusing on specific geographical areas in line with marketing budget allocated by the management.
Represent the school group at educational fairs community events and relevant industry gatherings.
Establish partnerships with community organizations and influencers.
Implement analytics tools to track and analyze admissions and enrollment data.
Lead and manage the admissions team providing guidance training and support.
Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations.
Develop and manage budgets for admissions and marketing activities ensure costeffective utilization of resources and a positive return on investment.
Monitor expenditures and financial performance against set budgets.
Engage with parents and the community to understand their expectations and concerns.
Build strong relationships with parents and community members.
Provide regular reports to the executive team and board on admissions and marketing performance.
Communicate strategic initiatives successes and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to align communication efforts.

Qualifications:
Post Graduate in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in admissions marketing or enrollment management preferably in the education sector.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends.
