Technical Business Partner (Health Insurance)
Job Description:
Role: Technical Business Partner (Health Insurance) Experience: 1012 years
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and define business requirements
for the CPAS solution implementation and its integration with other systems.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the IT and
vendor teams.
Serve as a bridge between the business side and the IT side ensuring that the CPAS
solution aligns with business needs and processes.
Lead and manage the CPAS solution implementation project from initiation to
closure.
Manage project risks and issues creating mitigation strategies and ensuring timely
resolution.
Work with the Vendor and business to prioritize deliverables based on business
needs and project constraints.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases coordinating with end
users and ensuring that the solution meets business requirements.
Document processes requirements and solution designs for future reference and
training.
Assist in training users on the new systems and processes.
Provide ongoing support postimplementation identifying areas of improvement
and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business IT or a related field.
1012 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or as a Project Management
with a strong emphasis on health insurance processes and systems.
Strong analytical communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with IT systems integrations and the software development lifecycle.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
