Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone email and chat).
- Continuously learn and expand your knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for leading partners handling basic questions general inquiries cancellations and amendments.
- Utilize appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate complete and valid information.
- Ensure a positive and highquality customer experience for all interactions.
Requirements
- Professionally fluent German speaker (both written and spoken)
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Previous customer service/support experience
- Car rental experience (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (a plus)
- Passionate about customer service and satisfaction
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Positive upbeat and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to clearly explain product/service knowledge
