Job Description

Location:
Remote work from Greece

Language Requirements:

  • Polish: C2 proficiency
  • English: C1 proficiency

Salary:

  • Monthly Base Salary: 104527 EUR
  • Performance Bonus: 150 EUR monthly

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8hour shifts scheduled between 8 am 9 pm Monday to Sunday

Training:

  • Fully paid remote training conducted by certified instructors

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information order istance and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
  • Continuously strive to meet performance metrics while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (C1)
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving ss
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong computer ss and familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
  • Experience with remote customer service operations
