Salary:
- Monthly Base Salary: 104527 EUR
- Performance Bonus: 150 EUR monthly
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 8hour shifts scheduled between 8 am 9 pm Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information order istance and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Continuously strive to meet performance metrics while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (C1)
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problemsolving ss
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer ss and familiarity with CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
- Experience with remote customer service operations
