- Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
- Screens and interviews candidates
- Designs recruitment initiatives
- Performs comprehensive interviews
- Organizes job fairs and networking events
Soft Skills

- Familiar with ATS, CRM, and similar software
- Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience or similar
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- In-depth knowledge of best full-cycle sourcing and recruiting practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
- Specifically, integrity, motivation, proactivity, and independence, combined with the willingness to cross-train responsibilities within other company departments, is desired
- Candidate is comfortable taking initiative in system development, problem solving, and internal and external office communications
