Position: Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Lucan
Salary: DOE
Teamworx are on the look out for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our progressive hospitality client on their journey of expansion. You will be located in the Head Office and report directly to the Financial Controller working within in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting of creditors invoices
- Cross Checking coding pricing and purchase orders against invoices received
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing monthly reconciliation of creditors listing and payments
- Posting of Accruals & Prepayments.
- Any ad hoc duties that may arise.
- Carry out accruals reviews at month end to ensure the accuracy of the management accounts.
- Adhoc finance projects and to perform other related duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with high volume invoice processing
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain financial standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with general office PC applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- IATAI qualified is preferable but not essential
