You will play the role of ApplicationBusiness Support Owner (PO) of Anaplan Planning this last being the market Anaplan calculation engine that the company shaped to cope with its IFRS 17 Planning and Control needs.
In a nutshell the Application Business Support Owner while assisting the Business Product Owner will primarily stand between the Head Office Business Functions and the Group Operations Service Platform (GOSP) IT departments in managing Anaplan Planning Application and providing for support to Legal Entities during closing phases.
Must have:
- Academic background and master degree in Economics (or equivalent)
- 1 to 3 years of experience as Controller or similar job with Life and P&C Insurance background
- Highly motivated goaloriented and ability to meet the deadlines in a challenging environment
- Strong problemsolving and team working attitude
- Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions
- Ability of creating connections between different subjects as well as of thinking without using predefined patterns
- Interpersonal communication and multicultural skills
- Good negotiation skills with internal and externals counterparts ability to build up trustful relationships in a multinational context as well as in a clientcentric way
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel Word Power Point)
- Fluent English international minded
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of IFRS principles focusing on IFRS17
- Previous experience using Anaplan
- Certifications: ACCA MBA CECCAR CAFR / ASPAS is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Previous experience in using ServiceNow platform
- Former experience as auditor in the Big 4 in the insurance sector
- Previous experience in SAP (FPSL PaPM FSCD BW FI) and Tagetik
- Knowledge of the Italian language
