An amazing opportunity to work with a leading Australian property company for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Virtual Assistant.

Reporting to the principals and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Contracts Administrator VA.

As a Contracts Administrator you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of the client s construction projects ensuring adherence to terms and conditions compliance with regulations and successful project execution. Your expertise in contract administration negotiation and communication will contribute to the overall success and growth of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract quality assurance including formatting removing errors and overall accuracy.
  • Pricing for all inclusions is current and accurate.
  • Reporting to Senior Management.
  • Facilitating client and sales referral quotes.
  • Communicate to sales partners on pricing and contract template changes.
  • Prepare and register New Home & Construction Project contracts.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Apply construction information to the contract preparation process.
  • Apply contract law where/if applicable.
  • Registering contract orders (sales advice).
  • Answering client queries and requests.
  • All contractual matters relating to clients and/or referrers as directed by management.
  • Administration support and client nurturing.
  • Updating sales POS/CRM.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the industry (preferred not essential)
  • Bachelors degree is a great plus
  • Proven experience in contract administration within the property/real estate/building industry
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts legal terminology and industryspecific regulations is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and project standards with the ability to draft formal correspondence as well as build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills contract management software CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organise showing initiative excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail with limited supervision.
  • Strong degree of problemsolving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgment when decisionmaking is required.



Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php35000.00
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits
5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. Annual Appraisal
10. SHIFT TIMES: 8am to 5pm Philippine time Monday to Friday
