Working Hours : 9:30am to 6:30pm
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to address potential clients interested in PR/Student/Business/Investment Visa for Canada Australia New Zealand and other countries mainly by email telephone and facetoface meetings.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide a worldclass client experience throughout the entire sales journey.
- Identify and resolve client concerns to provide regular followups on enquiries received.
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions with full and effective use of the firm s CRM system
- Meeting regularly with team leads/Managers to give the sales figures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude towards work and the team and be confident enough to deal with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills including exercising tact and diplomacy at all times
- Should be a quick learner and be part of the flow.
- Should be willing to take up challenges
- Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and offer the most suitable solutions
- An individual contributor as well as a team player.
