Compensation: $90000 $110000 per year

RVP is seeking Project Managers to oversee restoration projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee restoration projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Coordinate with crews insurance adjusters and property owners.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Prepare project reports and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

• Consult observe methods of practice and demonstrate special skills at the U.S. company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have good to excellent English speaking and writing proficiency and be able to communicate at all levels.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in budgeting and project planning.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• At least 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.

• Possess the equivalent of a fouryear bachelor's degree in construction management engineering or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrate expertise and specialized knowledge or skills in Project Management in the field of Disaster Restoration

• Seek to travel to the United States for the purpose of the interchanging of knowledge and skills among foreign and American specialists by observing consulting or demonstrating your special knowledge or skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• IICRC Certification

• OSHA Training
